The apartments vary in size, spanning between 30 and 57 square meters. Apartment prices begin at €900 per month, with a minimum lease term of one year. For an extra charge, tenants have the option to request cleaning services and underground parking.
The newly available apartments come fully furnished, making them ideal for independent, extended stays and offering a hassle-free living experience. These apartments are equipped with all the features and conveniences necessary for comfortable daily living, including a spacious kitchen, essential appliances, furniture, and tools. Their prime location in the heart of the neighbourhood provides easy access to a comprehensive range of services and recreational facilities.
To cater to diverse preferences, the apartments at Hedonistas are decorated in three distinct styles, each thoughtfully designed by interior designers exclusively for this project. The apartments have been designed without on-site staff requirements, utilising automated systems instead that enhance the daily routine, comfort, and privacy of guests.
Darnu Group reports that over half of the apartments – 10 in total – have already been leased, and the company is actively engaging with additional prospective tenants. The ground floor of the building features three commercial units, each ranging from 100 to 200 square meters. One of these commercial units is set to welcome its first tenant soon.
Sigita Survilaitė, CEO of Darnu Group, says the decision to provide apartments for long-term rent was driven by market demand.
„Paupys is home to two business centres that host over 50 companies, many of which are international brands. Employees and partners residing abroad frequently seek long-term accommodation options in close proximity. Paupys has cultivated a vibrant commercial scene, popular attractions, and high-quality infrastructure for leisure, along with essential services for daily living, making it an appealing destination for residents,“ says Darnu Group's CEO Sigita Survilaitė.
Hedonistas is situated in a four-story building at Aukštaičių g. 14, conveniently located adjacent to the central square of the Paupys neighbourhood. This building dates back to 1887 and is part of Lithuania's cultural heritage. Since the 19th century, this building has served as a lock factory and later as the site of the Skaiteks meter factory. It is recognised as one of the best-preserved historic factory buildings, retaining its original layout, main walls, windows, and doorways.
In addition to the new apartments in Paupys, Darnu Group's portfolio includes two hotels: the 34-room Artagonist in Vilnius Old Town and the 98-room Urbihop near SEB Arena, one of Europe's largest indoor racquet sports complexes.
Darnu Group is currently in the final stages of construction in Paupys, with project completion anticipated this year.
