„Over the eight years of its development, Paupys has become synonymous with high-quality urban living, and residents are eagerly seeking the final opportunity to make their home in one of Vilnius's most popular and well-developed destinations. In this penultimate phase, we provide not only high-quality construction and exceptional architecture, which have become our hallmark, but also all the essential infrastructure for a comfortable daily life in the heart of Vilnius, nestled amidst nature,“ says Mykolas Čiplys, Head of Lease and Sales at Darnu Group.
The latest phase of Paupys, situated at Aukštaičių g. 31, features 40 apartments ranging from one to five rooms, with sizes varying from 33 to 114 square meters. The commercial area will span approximately 220 square meters, capable of accommodating up to four small businesses.
„As with all developments in Paupys, this phase emphasises quality materials and architecture, featuring tiled roofs and clinker tiles on the facades. This phase also includes inviting indoor spaces for residents, featuring a beautifully landscaped courtyard and a children's playground. Residents can easily access the Vilnia River, enjoying stunning views and the soothing sounds from the spacious terraces or courtyards, which is one of the key highlights of this phase,“ says the Darnu Group representative.
The company is currently finalising the final phase of Paupys at Paupio g. 33. There are currently two available apartments to choose from, while the remaining 11 have already been sold. The final phase, and with it the entire neighbourhood, is anticipated to be completed by the end of this year.
Darnu Group has already invested over €170 million in the Paupys conversion project. The project has won numerous awards and accolades, and in 2022, it was recognised as one of the top four real estate projects in the world at the esteemed MIPIM Awards.
In addition to the Paupys neighbourhood, Darnu Group is currently developing the Vilnius Business Park commercial service complexes and constructing the main logistics centre for Rimi Lietuva near Elektrėnai. The company is also currently initiating the construction of a new district, Sakai, adjacent to the Karoliniškės Landscape Reserve and the Neris River.
The company is also planning to develop the new Launagiai neighbourhood on a 71-hectare site in southern Vilnius and to transform the 3-hectare Triangle Of Business in the city's centre.
