Jurgita Radzevičė, the Director of SBA Home, Klaipėdos Baldai, and Šilutės Baldai, says, „To make our operations as efficient as possible, we are improving production efficiency and corporate governance. Klaipėdos Baldai and Šilutės Baldai manufacture products with similar technology; therefore, to achieve optimisation, the operating model of these companies has been changed, which resulted in some leadership changes.“
The companies' former interim directors are fully reinstated in their former positions, with Romanas Rondarevas continuing to lead the production of Klaipėdos Baldai and Ramūnas Tūtoraitis taking up the position of Technical Director of Šilutės Baldai.
The management models and leaders of other furniture companies united under SBA Home remain unchanged: Viktoras Pivorius continues to hold the position of Director at Inno Line, while Andrius Lickan leads Visagino Linija.
SBA Group owns five furniture manufacturing companies in Lithuania and a logistics centre. It employs over 3000 people. SBA has also decided to invest in the USA and open a new furniture factory there. It is expected to be operational by the end of this year.
