Jelena Grišina, the newly appointed Chairwoman of the Board of the SBA Competence and Service Center: „The start of my new role coincides with the historically most significant project for the SBA group – the new factory in the United States. Therefore, the primary focus will be on its seamless integration into the group's overall business management systems. My goal for myself and the team is to create a successful, innovation-driven project that will become the flagship of the entire SBA group“.
She said that besides implementing the US project, ensuring the highest quality of service for all SBA group companies through digitisation, automation, and data onboarding remain priorities.
J. Grišina, Chairwoman of the Board of SBA CSC, will continue as Head of Organisation Development of the SBA group. She has been in various positions with the SBA group for over 7 years. She was responsible for the project of centralisation of services for all SBA group companies and, after the establishment of the SBA Competence and Service Center, she has been the Head of SBA Competence and Service Center for three years. J. Grišina has more than 15 years of experience in the financial sector and more than 15 years of experience in leading organisational change projects.
SBA Competence and Service Center provides IT, process digitalisation, procurement, accounting and HR administration services to all SBA group companies. In addition to the Chairwoman, J. Grišina, the company's board includes Dovilė Tamoševičienė, SBA Group Business Control Director, and Vytautas Vaškys, SBA Group Business Risk Director.
