Paulauskis has been with the SBA group for more than six years. A year ago, he was appointed as a member of the Robotex board. He is also currently Head of the SBA group's IT department and Director of the SBA Competence and Service Centre. Previously, Paulauskis was Head of Operations for IT Services at Barclays' Operations Centre in Lithuania for three years and held other senior positions for five years. Last year, he was nominated as one of the top five Lithuanian CTOs of the Year.
