The company Antalis, a European leader in the distribution of paper and packaging materials, will be opening its doors in Urban HUB in Kaunas

In the project's first stage, the vacant space is quickly being taken, and about 70% has already been leased. The fact that leading businesses in their fields are setting up here proves that SBA Urban's concept of a business city has proved its worth and meets the needs of its clients. Antalis is an example of our client choosing spaces in this project because they want to consolidate their operations from multiple locations into one, making it more convenient for their clients and team and saving costs“.

Antalis, the European leader in distributing paper, packaging, and visual promotional materials, whose main shareholder is the Tokyo-listed Japanese holding company KPP, acquired Latvia's Pakella SIA and its companies in Lithuania and Estonia this year. A merger is planned for the end of the year, moving from 4 locations in Kaunas to one location in the Urban HUB project.

Egidijus Ramanauskas, Head of Antalis, continues: „We were looking for the right project that would allow us to concentrate our operations in one place for greater efficiency, where everything would be available: an office for our employees, a retail space, a display area for equipment and other products, a warehouse, and a pick-up point for both e-store and wholesale business clients. Urban HUB in Kaunas fulfils all these needs. Our concept will be quite unique regarding packaging goods – we will ensure the widest assortment of goods and customer convenience. Everything will be within reach: customers will be able to choose products directly from the shelves, pay, and take them away immediately“.

According to Egidijus, Urban HUB's strategic location ensures excellent visibility from the motorway and convenient access for customers from Kaunas and all over Lithuania. The company hopes to establish business relations with other project tenants and find new clients in the nearby Kaunas FEZ.

Antalis specialises in distributing printing paper, packaging materials, office and hygiene paper, and supplies advertising production products (equipment and materials). Its clients include publishing houses, advertising agencies, stationery shops, cleaning companies, flag manufacturers, car decorators, etc.

The first stage of the Urban HUB project developed by SBA Urban in Kaunas has already been built with a total area of 22,000 sqm, and the first tenants are already in operation, while others are finalising their spaces and will open soon. It will house a padel arena, a café, an ESO office, customer service specialists, a technical service department, furniture and mattress manufacturers, and various other businesses. The second stage of Urban HUB is also rapidly progressing and will offer another 26,000 sqm of modern retail, office and warehouse space to the market. It will house an IKI supermarket, a pharmacy, cafés and speciality shops.

In parallel to the Urban HUB Kaunas project, SBA Urban is developing the Urban HUB business city in Vilnius District, near Ukmergės Street. The 22,000 sqm space already features a RIMI supermarket, a Camelia pharmacy, a padel arena, the Banga Ramp Park extreme sports club, a Paulini robotic dry-cleaning centre, a café and other businesses. The project is currently over 50% leased.
