„These changes represent a continuation of the operational and management optimisation processes that we initiated earlier this year. We are grateful to Raimonda, under whose leadership the companies of SBA Furniture have overcome many challenges and crises – from the pandemic that disrupted raw materials logistics chains, to the electricity prices shocks, to the aftermath of the Ukraine war. Efficiency, innovation and strategic development will remain the company's priorities when Jurgita takes over the helm,“ said Egidijus Valentinavičius, the SBA Vice President and the Chairman of the Board of SBA Home.
„I am proud and grateful to the team, with whose efforts we have overcome many difficult hurdles and achieved many ambitious goals. SBA Home and its businesses are now in a good position to continue to grow. I do not doubt that Jurgita's personal and professional qualities will help us to realise this potential,“ said Ms. Kižienė.
J. Radzevičė, who joined the SBA Group more than two years ago, has a good knowledge of the furniture sector and many years of experience managing manufacturing companies. „I am grateful for the trust people have shown for me. While global demand for furniture has slowed down in recent years, we have hopes of the market stabilising as we move into the next year, and we will strive to grow our market share in export countries while continuously looking for strategic expansion opportunities. We have all the prerequisites in place for this – including an excellent team of professionals and a maximum level of concentration placed on efficient and innovative production,“ says J. Radzevičė.
