„In highly competitive global markets, we must produce high-tech devices with the same high production technology and maximum automation at every step of production. Product testing is one of the most important parts of the process and one of the parts most responsible for ensuring product quality. The robotics solutions implemented together with Robotex will increase the production capacity of the communication modules by 2 times, which will also allow us to increase the efficiency of the entire chain and the sales volume in our export markets,“ says Simas Rutkauskas, CEO of Teltonika EMS.
According to Andrius Kochanskas, CEO of Robotex, the project of the robotic module testing station at the Teltonika EMS plant in Vilnius was completed in a very short time.
„We developed and installed the robotics station in 5 months, which was a real challenge given the complex situation with logistics and the supply of materials and parts. We predict that despite the challenging period, the ambitious development of Teltonika and the Lithuanian high-tech industry as a whole, as well as new projects, will continue to catalyse the demand for innovative robotics and automation solutions in manufacturing in the coming years. We have already contributed and will continue to contribute to strengthening the industry's position in international markets with innovative, productivity-enhancing solutions. This is evidenced by the long-term cooperation with the market flagship,“ says Andrius Kochanskas.
For his part, he said that this year Robotex will continue the company's strategic direction to increase the penetration and diversification of robotics solutions in various industries. In addition to high-tech, Robotex is deploying robotics solutions in the furniture, wood, food and logistics industries.
